Enacts new section 3737.15 requiring marina operators to obtain electrical inspections from licensed electrical contractors within three years before scheduled fire code examinations

Electrical contractor certification must confirm all electrical equipment at the marina provided for watercraft or crew/passenger use complies with either Administrative Code rule 1301:7-7-36(C)(5) or another state fire marshal-designated standard

Fire marshals and fire department chiefs must inform marina operators of certification requirements when scheduling examinations and demand production of the certificate at the time of examination

Failure to produce required electrical certification upon demand is treated as a dangerous condition due to defective electrical wiring under section 3737.41 and subject to civil penalties of up to $1,000

Amends section 3737.51 to add civil penalty provisions for citations resulting from failure to produce required electrical certification
