Adds a new exemption to Ohio's sales tax code for disposable or washable diapers designed to be worn by infants or toddlers who cannot yet control bladder or bowel movements

The tax exemption becomes effective on the first day of the first month that begins at least thirty days after the bill's effective date

Amends section 5739.02 of the Revised Code to incorporate this new exemption into the existing list of tax-exempt items

The exemption applies to both disposable and washable diapers specifically designed for infants and toddlers
