Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 3501.35 and 3599.20 to allow electors to photograph their own marked ballots and make the photographs publicly available.

Modifies the prohibition on exhibiting marked ballots by adding an exception for photographs taken by the elector for personal use, including sharing publicly.

Adds exception to section 3501.35(A)(4) referencing the new provision in section 3599.20 regarding ballot photography.

Updates section 3599.20 to clarify that electors may photograph their ballots and make those photographs available to the public without violating ballot secrecy laws.

Maintains criminal penalties for violations as a felony of the fifth degree.
