Require the Department of Public Safety and Bureau of Motor Vehicles to place the bureau's seal or emblem in a corner of any photograph or digital image disclosed under motor vehicle record provisions.

Apply the seal requirement to photographs and digital images disclosed under division (B) of section 4501.27 for authorized purposes such as government agencies, law enforcement, motor vehicle safety, insurance, and private investigative services.

Require the seal or emblem placement in digitalized photographic records released under section 4507.53 to state, local, or federal governmental agencies for criminal justice purposes and courts.

Amend sections 4501.27 and 4507.53 of the Revised Code to implement these seal or emblem placement requirements.
