Establishes the Office of Drug Policy within the Office of the Governor to coordinate statewide drug-related efforts and initiatives across state agencies and local governments

Directs the office to share information about drug misuse, addiction, and overdose death reduction measures among state agencies and local governments, and to formulate policies facilitating mutual aid across communities

Requires the office to seek increased funding and resources for drug use prevention and treatment through public and private partnerships, and to remove existing barriers to addiction treatment by reviewing agency rules

Mandates quarterly reports outlining best practices and new developments in drug use prevention and treatment to be posted on the governor's website, and establishes a telephone hotline to assist local communities

Authorizes the governor to appoint an executive director and necessary staff to manage the office and carry out its duties
