Defines "medical identification product" as a tag or emblem worn as a bracelet, necklace, chain, or other jewelry that notes an individual's critical health information.

Mandates that EMS personnel identify whether a patient is wearing a medical identification product before providing emergency medical services and take appropriate action based on the information noted.

Requires the state board of emergency medical, fire, and transportation services to adopt procedures for identifying, reading, and responding to information on medical identification products.

Adds medical identification product training requirements to all EMS training programs for first responders, EMT-basic, EMT-intermediate, and paramedics.
