Requires commercial credit reporting agencies to provide businesses with free annual copies of their commercial credit reports in print or electronic format, including source, date, and amount of negative information reported.

Allows businesses to file a written dispute within 30 days of receiving a report, claiming inaccurate statements; agencies must either delete the disputed statement and block repeat reporting, or include notice of the business's assertion of inaccuracy.

Permits businesses to file civil actions for violations, recovering actual damages or $500 (whichever is greater), with damages up to three times actual damages if violation is willful, plus attorney's fees and court costs.

Establishes "cure offer" mechanism allowing agencies to offer compensation (minimum of 10% of cure offer value or $500, capped at $4,000) to settle disputes, with businesses accepting cure offers barred from pursuing other related actions.

Attorney General may investigate and bring civil actions for violations; all civil actions must be brought within two years of the violation.
