Requires school district boards to establish written policies protecting students with peanut or other food allergies, developed in consultation with parents, nurses, employees, volunteers, students, and community members.

Mandates training for all school staff and age-appropriate instruction for kindergarten through 12th grade students on food allergies and methods to assist individuals experiencing allergic reactions.

Allows food allergy training completed by educators to qualify as professional development activity for educator license renewal.

Requires each state institution of higher education to develop and implement a food allergy education policy within one year and provide incoming students and staff with information about food allergies and campus resources.

Designates the act as the "Allison Rose Suhy Act" in honor of Allison Rose Suhy.
