Requires Ohio's Director of Job and Family Services to request federal waivers from the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture to waive time limits under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008, Section 6(o)(2)

Applies to areas of Ohio with unemployment rates exceeding 10 percent or areas without sufficient job availability for residents

Director must request waivers for all qualifying areas of the state, and for the entire state when statewide qualifications are met or when the U.S. Department of Labor determines Ohio qualifies for extended unemployment benefits

Director must submit waiver requests each time any areas or the entire state meets qualification criteria based on data and evidence authorized by federal statutes, regulations, and guidance documents

Director must request the waiver whenever the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture informs the director that the waiver would be granted
