Increases penalty for sexual imposition (Section 2907.06) when offender has three or more prior convictions or guilty pleas for specified sex offenses to a first-degree misdemeanor with jail term up to one year, notwithstanding standard sentencing ranges.

Defines specified sex offenses that trigger enhanced penalty as violations of sections 2907.02, 2907.03, 2907.04, 2907.05, or former section 2907.12, or any combination thereof.

Enhances penalty for disorderly conduct involving voluntary intoxication (Section 2917.11) when offender has three or more prior convictions or guilty pleas for the same offense to a fourth-degree misdemeanor.

Maintains existing requirement that sexual imposition conviction cannot be based solely on victim testimony unsupported by other evidence.

Repeals existing sections 2907.06 and 2917.11 and replaces them with amended versions containing the enhanced penalty provisions.
