Cites research showing women earned more bachelor's degrees than men since 1982, more master's degrees since 1987, and more doctorate degrees since 2006, yet hold only 20.5% of board seats at Fortune 1000 companies headquartered in Ohio

References studies indicating companies with higher percentages of women board directors financially outperform those with lower percentages, and that three or more women on a board substantially improves boardroom dynamics and financial performance

Directs the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the Governor of Ohio and Ohio news media
