States that over 700,000 Ohioans received health insurance through ACA and Medicaid expansion, with positive impacts on mental health treatment, the opioid epidemic, and infant mortality

Highlights ACA reforms including prohibition of coverage denial for pre-existing conditions, state health insurance exchanges, dependent coverage until age 26, and elimination of annual and lifetime expenditure caps

Directs the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the President, Congress, Ohio Congressional delegation, and Ohio news media
