Urges the President of the United States, Secretary of State, and Congress to compel Brazil to extradite Claudia Hoerig to stand trial for the aggravated murder of her husband, Major Karl Hoerig, a U.S. Air Force Reserve pilot found murdered in Newton Falls, Ohio on March 12, 2007.

Claudia Hoerig, an American citizen identified as the prime suspect, fled to Brazil immediately after the crime and was indicted by a Trumbull County grand jury on April 24, 2007, on charges of aggravated murder with a firearm specification.

Requests that the United States terminate all foreign aid payments scheduled to Brazil if Brazil does not grant the extradition request.

Notes that Claudia Hoerig has evaded justice for almost ten years despite diplomatic efforts by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, U.S. Marshals Service, and the Secretary of State.

Directs the House Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to federal officials, the Brazilian Ambassador to the United States, and Ohio news media.
