Proposes amendment to Section 2 of Article II and repeal of Sections 8 and 9 of Article V of the Ohio Constitution to eliminate legislative term limits.

Removes existing restrictions that limit state senators to two successive four-year terms and state representatives to four successive two-year terms.

Requires approval by three-fifths of members in each house of the General Assembly and majority vote by Ohio electors at the November 7, 2017 general election.

Takes immediate effect upon voter approval and repeals current term limit provisions from the effective date.
