Proposes to amend Ohio Constitution by adding Section 22 of Article I to be submitted to voters at the November 3, 2020 general election.

Prohibits laws, rules, or agreements requiring private sector employees to join or remain members of employee organizations.

Prohibits laws, rules, or agreements requiring employees, prospective employees, or employers to pay dues, fees, assessments, or other charges to employee organizations as a condition of employment.

Prohibits employee organizations from representing employees in grievances, labor disputes, wages, hours, or employment conditions unless the employee is a member of the organization.

Exempts federal employers, federal reserve banks, railroad workers, state agencies, and political subdivisions; allows voluntary membership and support; applies only to agreements entered into or renewed after the effective date.
