Commends Julian Tagg, a sophomore at Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School, for winning the 2018 Division I State Wrestling Championship in the 120-pound weight class with a score of 5-1.

Recognizes Tagg's dedication, talent, competitive spirit, and sportsmanship as qualities that have earned him respect and made him a source of pride for his family, teammates, coaches, school, and community.

Acknowledges that through wrestling, Tagg has learned lessons of perseverance, hard work, and fair competition that will benefit him throughout his lifetime.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Julian Tagg.
