Recognizes Sweeney's service on the Government Accountability and Oversight, Higher Education and Workforce Development, and Public Utilities committees.

Commends Sweeney for demonstrating exemplary initiative, ability, determination, and his reputation as a thoughtful and persuasive legislator.

Directs the Clerk of the House of Representatives to transmit an authenticated copy of this Resolution to Martin J. Sweeney.
