Amends Ohio Revised Code section 4141.29 to add an exception allowing individuals to quit work and remain eligible for unemployment compensation benefits when accompanying their spouse on a military transfer.

Applies when the spouse is an active duty member of the armed forces subject to a military transfer, the individual left employment to accompany the spouse to a location from which commuting is impractical, and the individual is able and available for suitable work upon arrival at the new residence.

Adds this military spouse exception to division (D)(2)(a)(v) alongside existing exceptions for armed forces enlistment, labor-management agreements, and prior employer recalls.

Benefits remain chargeable to the mutualized account rather than the previous employer's account under this circumstance.
