Enacts section 3314.52 of the Revised Code to establish procedures for distributing public moneys recovered from community school audits by the auditor of state.

If a finding for recovery results from an audit of enrollment records, recovered funds shall be credited to the state education aid of the school district or districts from which funding was originally deducted.

If a finding for recovery results from any other type of audit, recovered funds shall be redistributed to school districts where enrolled students were entitled to attend, with distribution amounts proportional to each district's share of the school's total enrollment at the time of the finding.
