Authorizes Secretary of State to implement electronic notification system allowing persons to request alerts when business names containing specific words are registered

Establishes automatic dissolution of limited liability companies when last remaining member ceases to be a member, unless operating agreement provides for substitute member admission within 90 days

Allows dissolving corporations to provide affidavit instead of Department of Taxation certificate to prove payment of required taxes during dissolution process

Creates new sections 1705.431 and 1705.441 establishing procedures for dissolved LLC notice to creditors, claim deadlines, security offers, and receiver appointment for winding up affairs

Allows religious organizations to choose to be treated as unincorporated nonprofit associations and modifies director/officer liability standards for nonprofit corporations
