Creates new offense of aggravated bullying as a third-degree misdemeanor under Ohio Revised Code section 2903.23

Prohibits students in public primary or secondary schools from knowingly causing another student to believe the offender will cause serious emotional or physical harm to the student, their unborn child, or immediate family members

Prohibits the belief of harm from being based on words or conduct directed at or identifying a corporation, association, or other organization that employs the student or to which the student belongs

Prohibits students from knowingly causing serious emotional harm to another student at the same school

Violations are punishable as a third-degree misdemeanor
