Enacts new section 2923.133 prohibiting importation, manufacture, sale, transfer, or possession of trigger cranks, bump-fire devices, and similar items designed to accelerate a semi-automatic firearm's rate of fire, effective 180 days after enactment.

Violation of the prohibition constitutes "illegal rate-of-fire acceleration conduct," a felony of the fourth degree.

Exempts federal government, states, and their departments, agencies, and political subdivisions from the prohibition.

Adds violation of section 2923.133 as a disqualifying offense for firearm possession under section 2923.13, making it a third-degree felony.

Modifies section 2923.14 to prevent individuals convicted of or pleaded guilty to a violation of section 2923.133 from applying for relief from firearm possession prohibitions.
