Eliminates the prohibition in Ohio Revised Code Section 2923.20(A)(3) against manufacturing, possessing for sale, selling, or furnishing brass knuckles, cestus, billy, blackjack, sandbag, switchblade knife, springblade knife, gravity knife, or similar weapons.

Makes technical corrections to Sections 2923.18 and 2923.20 regarding pronoun usage and definition references related to dangerous ordnance licensing.

Renumbers subsections in Section 2923.20(A) to account for the removal of the weapons prohibition, moving the reporting requirement for lost or stolen firearms from subsection (5) to subsection (4).

Maintains all other provisions of dangerous ordnance licensing requirements, application procedures, and penalties for unlawful firearm and ordnance transactions.
