Amends section 742.07 of the Ohio Revised Code governing the Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund Board of Trustees

Requires the board to elect either the firefighter retirant member or the police retirant member as chairperson at the first election following the amendment's effective date and every third year thereafter

Maintains annual election of chairperson and vice-chairperson from board membership for one-year terms in non-retirant years

Preserves existing requirements that the board meet at least four times annually and that a majority of full membership constitutes a quorum

Repeals existing section 742.07 and replaces it with the amended language
