Enacts section 122.26 of the Revised Code to create the rural industrial park loan fund in the state treasury for the program established under section 122.24

Director of development services shall deposit money received for the program to the credit of the fund

Appropriates $0 for fiscal year 2018 and $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2019 to the Rural Industrial Park Loan Fund

Directs the Director of Budget and Management to transfer $25,000,000 in cash from the Facilities Establishment Fund (Fund 7037) to the Rural Industrial Park Loan Fund (Fund 4Z60) on or after December 1, 2018, subject to Controlling Board approval

Appropriations made under this act are subject to all applicable provisions of Am. Sub. H.B. 49 of the 132nd General Assembly
