Grants immunity from civil and criminal liability for damage caused by forcibly entering a locked motor vehicle to remove an animal or minor in imminent danger of harm.

Requires person to determine the vehicle is locked or has no reasonable exit method, have good faith belief the removal is necessary, and use only necessary force.

Requires person to make good faith effort to contact law enforcement, fire department, or 9-1-1 operator before or immediately after forcible entry.

Requires person to place notice on vehicle windshield with contact information, reason for entry, and location of animal or minor, and remain with them until authorities arrive.

Immunity does not apply if person's actions constitute recklessness or willful or wanton misconduct, or if person attempts to render additional aid beyond removal.
