Cites that Ohio's Title X providers served over 93,000 residents at 87 service sites in 2016 and averted 25,500 unintended pregnancies in 2014, but only met 14% of Ohio patients' contraceptive service needs despite federal funding decreasing since 2010

Notes that when Texas excluded Planned Parenthood from its family planning program, there was a significant drop in Medicaid claims for long-acting reversible contraceptives and injectable contraceptives and an increase in Medicaid-funded births

Directs the Senate Clerk to transmit copies of the resolution to the U.S. Secretary for Health and Human Services, Ohio's Congressional delegation, the Governor, and Ohio news media
