Recognizes that St. Rose School opened in 1867 as a wooden addition to a brick church and closed briefly from 1908 to 1916 due to declining enrollment from local economic downturn.

Acknowledges the school's commitment to teachings of Jesus Christ and educational excellence in developing students' spiritual, academic, social, and practical capabilities.

Notes that Catholic schools perpetuate the country's educational traditions and strengthen communities by supporting religious freedom and teaching values of cooperation, self-discipline, and perseverance.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to St. Rose School.
