Urges alfalfa manufacturers to label products based on Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) definitions, allowing only direct dehydrated alfalfa meeting AAFCO's new definition to use the term "dehydrated alfalfa" on product labels in Ohio.

Urges alfalfa processors and suppliers to label products stored as bales or stacks, or containing sun-cured alfalfa, as "sun-cured alfalfa" as defined by AAFCO section 3.1, not as "direct dehydrated alfalfa" or "dehydrated alfalfa."

Recognizes AAFCO's current 3.5 definition of "direct dehydrated alfalfa" (aerial portion of alfalfa plant reasonably free of contaminants, ground and dried by thermal means under controlled conditions) and no longer recognizes the previous 3.2 definition of "dehydrated alfalfa."

Directs the Senate Clerk to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to AAFCO.
