Olivia Carpenter, a recent graduate of Northridge High School, won the 2018 Division III State Track and Field Championship in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 44.16 seconds.

The Ohio Senate commends Carpenter on her athletic achievement, dedication, and exemplary sportsmanship both in and out of competition.

The resolution acknowledges that Carpenter's accomplishments reflect positively on her family, teammates, coaches, school, and community.

The Clerk of the Senate is directed to transmit an authenticated copy of this resolution to Olivia Carpenter.
