Enacts new section 3313.675 requiring schools to notify pupils and parents of immunization exemptions whenever notifying them of immunization requirements, and to provide such notice in the same manner as the requirements notice.

Amends section 3314.03 to add section 3313.675 to the list of state laws that community schools must comply with as if they were school districts.

Amends section 3326.11 to add section 3313.675 to the list of state laws that science, technology, engineering, and mathematics schools must comply with as if they were school districts.

Repeals existing sections 3314.03 and 3326.11 and replaces them with updated versions that incorporate the new immunization exemption notification requirement.
