Amends sections 4501.27 and 4507.53 of the Revised Code to require the Department of Public Safety and Bureau of Motor Vehicles to place an image of the bureau's seal or emblem in a corner of any photograph or digital image of a person disclosed under authorized purposes.

Applies to photographs or digital images disclosed under division (B) of section 4501.27, which governs personal information releases from motor vehicle records to government agencies, courts, law enforcement, businesses, and other authorized entities.

Requires the bureau to place its seal or emblem in a corner of digitalized photographic records released to state, local, or federal governmental agencies for criminal justice purposes and to any court under section 4507.53.

Maintains all existing disclosure restrictions and authorized purposes for releasing motor vehicle record information, including safety, emissions, recalls, and law enforcement functions.
