State Board of Education must adopt health education standards by July 1, 2020, either from the American Association for Health Education or develop its own standards based on national standards.

Department of Education shall distribute adopted standards and any revisions to all school districts, community schools, STEM schools, and college-preparatory boarding schools.

School districts and schools may voluntarily utilize the adopted standards.

Repeals the previous section 3301.0718 of the Revised Code.
