• Applies public records procedures from section 149.43 of the Revised Code to financial and vendor payment records maintained by convention and visitors' bureaus.

• Defines "record" according to section 149.011 of the Revised Code.

• Permits municipalities and chartered counties to adopt more restrictive policies regarding simultaneous holding of positions described in the bill.
