Amends Ohio Revised Code section 3717.22 to exempt small wineries from retail food establishment licensure requirements.

Creates exemption for establishments holding an A-2 or A-2f wine permit under sections 4303.03 or 4303.031 that annually produce 10,000 gallons or less of wine.

Requires exemption conditions: establishment must serve only commercially prepackaged food preventing direct human contact during service, and prepackaged food sales cannot exceed 5% of total gross receipts.

Owner or operator must notify the director of the exemption and disclose to customers that the establishment is exempt from licensure.

Repeals existing section 3717.22 of the Revised Code upon enactment.
