Authorizes the Department of Agriculture to create two promotional certification programs for Ohio-produced agricultural goods used in alcoholic beverages

Establishes "Ohio Proud Craft Beer" program through the Division of Markets to issue logotypes to qualified producers and processors of beer or cider containing Ohio agricultural goods

Establishes "Ohio Proud Craft Spirits" program through the Division of Markets to issue logotypes to qualified producers and processors of spirituous liquor containing Ohio agricultural goods

Department may establish reasonable participation fees and criteria for both programs under Chapter 119 of the Revised Code, with all fees credited to the general revenue fund to finance the programs
