Amends sections 5107.05, 5107.10, and 5107.20 of the Revised Code to modify pass-through of child support and spousal support payments to Ohio Works First participants.

Requires that support payments collected on behalf of assistance groups be passed through to participants: $100 monthly for groups with one minor child, or $200 for groups with two or more minor children.

Stipulates that all remaining support payments after pass-through amounts be used to make Ohio Works First cash assistance payments.

Requires that passed-through support payments be disregarded as countable income when determining initial eligibility, continued eligibility, and cash assistance benefit amounts for Ohio Works First participants.

Repeals existing versions of sections 5107.05, 5107.10, and 5107.20 and replaces them with amended versions.
