Prohibits the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services from requesting a waiver under 7 U.S.C. 2015(o)(4) that would exempt individuals from employment and training requirements for SNAP benefits.

Requires the department to implement child support cooperation requirements as a condition of SNAP eligibility under 7 C.F.R. 273.11(o) and (p), with certain individuals required to cooperate in establishing paternity and child support orders.

Restricts categorical eligibility for SNAP by prohibiting households with members receiving noncash, in-kind, or other similar benefits from qualifying as categorically eligible households, unless required by federal law.

Maintains financial resource limits for eligible SNAP households at standards specified in 7 U.S.C. 2014(g)(1) and prevents the state from implementing certain federal options that would increase these limits.

Requires the department to adopt administrative rules to implement these eligibility restrictions and work requirements consistent with federal law and existing state SNAP administration procedures.
