• Creates a new "Ohio DeMolay" license plate available to owners and lessees of passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other approved vehicle classes.

• Requires a $15 contribution per registration or renewal, plus a $10 administrative fee, with the $15 contribution deposited into the license plate contribution fund to support Ohio DeMolay scholarships, educational programs, and organizational events.
