• Creates new section 4303.182 establishing uniform Sunday sales hours for retail permit holders, aligning Sunday regulations with weekday sales policies.

• Requires boards of elections to remove pending Sunday sales ballot questions and void any votes cast on such questions if ballots have already been printed before the effective date.
