Adds "lawful source of income" to the definition of protected classes in Ohio's civil rights laws, defined as benefits and subsidy programs including housing assistance, housing vouchers, public assistance, emergency rental assistance, veterans benefits, social security, supplemental security income, retirement programs, and other programs administered by federal, state, local, or nonprofit entities.

Prohibits landlords and housing providers from refusing to rent or lease housing accommodations, denying access to common areas and facilities, serving notice of termination, or commencing eviction proceedings on the basis of lawful source of income.

Prohibits misrepresenting housing availability, requiring different terms for transactions, or publishing notices or advertisements that indicate preference, limitation, or discrimination based on lawful source of income.

Applies protections to all persons seeking rental housing and associated facilities, making violations unlawful discriminatory practices enforceable through existing civil rights remedies and procedures.
