H.B. 233 Summary

• Creates a new "Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police" license plate available to members, staff, and spouses of the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police

• Applicants must pay a $10 contribution fee (deposited to the license plate contribution fund) and a $10 administrative fee in addition to regular registration costs

• License plates display an appropriate logo and words approved by the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police and include county identification stickers as required by law

• Amends section 4501.21 to add section 4503.714 to the Revised Code governing the new license plate program and the distribution of contributions to the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police
