Amends Ohio Revised Code section 4712.05 to create an exemption from the standard 60-day service performance time limit for certain credit services organization contracts.

Applies exemption to contracts where the buyer agrees to make periodic payments, may cancel without penalty, and the organization provides specific services including credit repair advice or assistance related to obtaining credit.

Replaces the 60-day time limit with a 12-month limit for qualifying contracts, provided the credit services organization reviews adverse credit information with the buyer during the contract term.

Requires buyer's explicit, affirmative, and documented consent before contract renewal for the exemption to apply.

Maintains existing contract requirements including written documentation, detailed service descriptions, cancellation rights within three business days, and disclosure of the organization's service completion rate.
