Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 2923.13 and 2923.20 to exempt antique firearms from prohibitions against possessing weapons while under disability.

Defines "antique firearm" to include firearms with matchlock, flintlock, or percussion cap ignition manufactured before or in 1898, replicas of such firearms meeting specific conditions, and muzzle-loading weapons using black powder that cannot fire fixed ammunition.

Excludes from the antique firearm definition weapons incorporating modern firearm frames or receivers, converted muzzle-loading weapons, or muzzle-loading weapons readily convertible to fire fixed ammunition.

Amends section 2923.20 to prohibit selling, lending, or furnishing firearms to prohibited persons, with an exception specified for antique firearms.

Violation of weapons transaction prohibitions remains a felony of the fourth degree for violations involving transfer of modern firearms or dangerous ordnance.
