• Creates the Land Reutilization Demolition Program administered by the Director of Development Services to award grants to county land reutilization corporations for demolishing structures on blighted parcels

• Requires county land reutilization corporations receiving grants to commit equal or greater matching funds to demolition projects on blighted parcels

• Limits grant awards to any single county land reutilization corporation to a maximum of 20 percent of total program funds appropriated in each fiscal year

• Appropriates $50,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for each of fiscal years 2020 and 2021 to fund the demolition program

• Adds new powers to community improvement corporations and county land reutilization corporations, including authority to demolish and fund demolition of structures through the new program
