• Enacts section 4503.893 of the Revised Code to establish "Harrison Central Huskies" specialty license plates for vehicle owners and lessees in Ohio

• Requires applicants to pay a $20 contribution per registration and renewal (deposited into the license plate contribution fund), a $10 administrative fee, plus regular license tax and applicable motor vehicle fees

• Harrison Central Huskies license plates must display an appropriate logo and words selected and approved by Harrison Central Jr./Sr. High School representatives, along with required county identification stickers

• Amends section 4501.21 to add section 4503.893 to the list of specialty license plate sections whose contributions feed into the state's license plate contribution fund for distribution to designated charities and organizations

• Repeals the existing section 4501.21 and enacts a revised version incorporating the new Harrison Central Huskies license plate program into Ohio's specialty license plate framework
