Enacts the "Medical Consumer Protection Act" as section 4113.73 of the Ohio Revised Code.

Prohibits employers from discharging, refusing to hire, or discriminating against persons based on vaccination status for medical contraindications or reasons of conscience, including religious beliefs.

Applies to all employment decisions including hire, tenure, terms, conditions, privileges, and any matters directly or indirectly related to employment.

Allows persons to bring civil actions in court against employers for violations and permits courts to award compensatory and punitive damages as appropriate if plaintiff prevails.
