Amends Ohio Revised Code section 3313.666 to modify the definition of school harassment, intimidation, or bullying to include violence within a dating relationship

Changes the definition requirement from "both" to "either" so conduct must cause mental or physical harm OR be sufficiently severe, persistent, or pervasive to create an intimidating, threatening, or abusive educational environment (previously required both conditions)

Requires school districts to update existing bullying policies to specifically include violence within dating relationships and harassment, intimidation, or bullying by electronic means

Mandates annual age-appropriate instruction for all students on the district's bullying policy and consequences, with written statements sent to parents annually

Maintains requirements for policies to include reporting procedures, investigation processes, victim protection strategies, disciplinary procedures, and immunity protections for good-faith reporters
