• Creates a new "Healthy New Albany" license plate option for vehicle owners in Ohio, with registration and renewal available through the Department of Motor Vehicles.

• Establishes a $25 contribution per registration/renewal that is deposited into the license plate contribution fund, plus a $10 administrative fee to the public safety-highway purposes fund.
