Requires $10 additional administrative fee per application to compensate Bureau of Motor Vehicles for processing these specialized plates

Amends section 4501.21 to add section 4503.766 to Revised Code and expand license plate contribution fund to include this new plate type along with 100+ existing specialty plates supporting various charities and organizations

Specifies plates display county identification stickers and comply with standard motor vehicle registration requirements
